HOW I WORK
No layers, no handoffs. Just the process.
There's no account manager, no creative director, no separate strategist and no separate developer. One person owns every project end to end — which means no handoffs between departments that don't talk to each other, and no diluted brief by the time it reaches whoever's actually doing the work.
Here's exactly what happens, in order.
- PHASE 01 / 05
YOU WRITE
Tell me what you're building and what's in the way. Two lines is enough — email or WhatsApp, whichever's easier.
- PHASE 02 / 05
WE TALK
A 30-minute call within 48 hours. Real questions about the business, the product, and what you actually need — not a pitch deck.
- PHASE 03 / 05
POTENTIAL CHECK
Before anything gets scoped, I check whether the underlying product or service has real potential. If it doesn't, I'll tell you what needs fixing first — no point producing a polished campaign for something that was never going to sell.
- PHASE 04 / 05
SCOPE & PLAN
You get an honest number, a defined scope, and a realistic timeline — usually within a week. 50% to start, 25% at the midpoint, 25% at delivery.
- PHASE 05 / 05
BUILD, DEPLOY, STABILIZE
Work happens on the agreed timeline. For AI systems, there's a stabilization window after deployment (~2 weeks) where real-world issues get fixed as part of the original scope — delivery isn't "done" until it's actually working.
WHAT THIS MEANS FOR YOU
No retainers.
Every project is a one-time, scoped engagement — not a recurring monthly quota.
Budget-first, honest scoping.
I ask your budget upfront and scope to fit it, the same way a car showroom shows you what's actually in your range.
You own everything.
Full commercial usage rights, documented systems, no dependency on me to keep it running.
Quality isn't negotiable.
Budget can flex. Quality can't.
