TERMS OF SERVICE
The rules of engagement. Fair, clear, no surprises.
1. Agreement
By accessing and using the Wish Master website (https://www.wishmaster.space), you accept and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.
2. Onboarding Agreement
Before any project begins, deliverables, scope, and documentation are confirmed in writing over email. This protects both sides — what's promised is what's tracked against, and there's a clear written record if any question comes up later.
3. Services
Wish Master provides creative production services including brand strategy, AI commercial production, cinematic production, AI orchestration, and digital experience development. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are agreed upon per project before work begins, per the onboarding agreement above.
4. Intellectual Property
- All website content (text, images, design, code) is owned by Wish Master unless otherwise stated.
- Client deliverables: upon full payment, clients receive full commercial usage rights to all project deliverables as specified in the project agreement.
- Wish Master retains the right to display project work in our portfolio unless a non-disclosure agreement is in place.
5. Client Responsibilities
- Providing accurate project briefs and timely feedback.
- Ensuring all materials provided to us (logos, photos, text) are owned by or licensed to the client.
- Making payments according to agreed schedules.
6. Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified per project. Standard structure:
- 50% advance to begin work.
- 25% at the agreed deliverables/midpoint of the project.
- 25% final payment on delivery.
All prices are in INR unless otherwise agreed.
7. Revisions & Cancellation
Every project includes a defined revision scope. Additional revisions beyond scope are billed at agreed rates. Projects cancelled mid-way are billed for work completed to date.
8. Deliverable Mismatch & Refund Policy
If the delivered work does not match what was agreed in the written onboarding agreement (see Section 2), Wish Master will refund 80% of the amount paid — and the client keeps the delivered work regardless. This is separate from standard mid-project cancellation (Section 7), and applies specifically when the output doesn't reflect what was promised in writing.
For AI Orchestration projects specifically: a stabilization window (~2 weeks post-deployment) is included before a project is considered complete — issues raised in that window are fixed as part of the original scope, not treated as a mismatch requiring refund.
9. Limitation of Liability
Wish Master shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or this website. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project in question.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
