How and when you receive your project deliverables.

1. Nature of services
Wish Master provides digital creative services. All deliverables are digital in nature and delivered electronically. There are no physical goods shipped.
2. Delivery method
Project deliverables are shared digitally through one or more of the following methods:
- Google Drive / cloud storage: Video files, brand films, image assets, and design files are shared via Google Drive or similar cloud storage links.
- Email: Documents, strategy decks, brand guidelines, and smaller files are delivered via email to the address provided by the client.
- Direct deployment: Websites and web applications are deployed directly to the client's hosting account (Vercel, Netlify, or equivalent).
- GitHub / code repository: Source code is delivered via private GitHub repository access or zip download.
- Screen share / walkthrough: Automation systems and AI agent setups include a live walkthrough and handover session.
3. Delivery timelines
Estimated timelines are agreed upon at project kickoff. Typical delivery windows:
- AI commercial production: 5–10 business days
- Brand strategy: 3–6 weeks
- Cinematic media / brand films: 2–4 weeks (post-shoot)
- AI automation systems: 2–4 weeks
- Websites and digital platforms: 3–5 weeks
These are estimates. Actual timelines depend on project scope and are confirmed in the project agreement. Rush delivery is available on request at additional cost.
4. Revision rounds
Every project includes a defined number of revision rounds as specified in the project agreement. Revisions beyond the agreed scope may extend the delivery timeline and incur additional charges.
5. Delays
If a delivery is delayed due to reasons on Wish Master's end, the client will be notified immediately with a revised timeline. Delays caused by late client feedback, missing assets, or scope changes are not the responsibility of Wish Master.
6. Acceptance of delivery
Deliverables are considered accepted if the client does not raise objections within 7 business days of delivery. Final approval is confirmed in writing (email or WhatsApp).
7. Service area
Wish Master serves clients across India and internationally. All work is delivered remotely. For on-location shoots (cinematic media, event coverage), travel logistics and costs are discussed and agreed upon before the project begins.
